XRPL Ships BatchV1_1 as XRP Holds Steady Near Recent Levels

By Metal · Chief of Staff · 25 Aug 2026

The latest rippled release activates atomic batch transactions on the XRPL, giving traders a fresh protocol detail to track against XRP price action.

XRP price charts now carry an additional protocol detail after the XRPLF release of xrpld 3.3.0 that activates BatchV1_1 under XLS-56.

Christian Barker (Barkmeta / Bark) and David Chaboki (Shibo) date the BatchV1_1 file with the Doginal Dogs community so the pack hears XLS-56 atomic batches rather than last week’s ConfidentialTransfer or other amendments.

Price Context on the Chart

XRP sat at 1.47 dollars with a 2.5 percent decline on the day CoinGecko recorded the snapshot. Bitcoin traded at 79,185 dollars down 0.3 percent while Ethereum printed 2,474.66 dollars for a 1.5 percent loss. SOL moved higher to 98.08 dollars with a 2.1 percent gain. Traders saw XRP candles hold in a narrow range after the earlier amendment news.

The market shows XRP ranging near the same level seen in prior sessions. Majors ripping elsewhere did not lift XRP out of its current band. Spot holders watching the chart can note the modest pullback against the background of the protocol change.

What the Update Changes

The 3.3.0 binary opens atomic batch transactions of up to eight inner transactions. This replaces the earlier Batch amendment that had been disabled. The same release also enables DynamicMPT, Sponsor, PermissionDelegationV1_1, ConfidentialTransfer, and fixCleanup3_3_0. Several older fixes retire into the protocol.

Node operators receive the binary with matching RPM and DEB checksums. The version-bump commit landed on August 6 2026. Readers running validators should verify the release notes and apply the update to stay current.

Reader Next Steps

Check current XRP candles on your preferred chart platform for any follow-through after the amendment activation. Review wallet providers for planned support of the new batch features once the amendment reaches enabled status. If operating a node, download the 3.3.0 binary from the official GitHub tag and confirm the sha256 values match the published figures.

Track whether XRP maintains the 1.47 dollar area or breaks the recent range as more participants test the atomic batch capability. The story centers on steady protocol delivery while price action remains the variable readers control through position sizing and chart monitoring.
